Led by Audra, an aesthetic nurse injector and women’s wellness coach, we offer treatments grounded in over 20 years of experience in women’s health. After years in high-risk labor and delivery and health coaching, Audra understands how self-care and confidence go hand in hand.
Our Medical Director, Maria Schepis, ANP-C, brings more than two decades of nursing and advanced practice experience, from trauma and ICU care to aesthetic medicine. Her clinical background ensures the highest standards of safety and skill.

Hi! I'm Audra!
I’m Audra, an aesthetic nurse injector with a passion for helping women feel their best, both inside and out. I live in Roscoe with my husband and three teenage sons and they keep me very busy! With 12 years of experience as a high-risk labor and delivery nurse, I’ve had the privilege of supporting women through one of the most transformative moments of their lives.
Over the past eight years, I’ve expanded my focus to include health coaching for women. This journey has allowed me to empower countless women to achieve their wellness goals and embrace their true potential.
My approach combines my medical background with a deep understanding of women’s health and needs. I believe in the power of confidence and self-care, and I’m dedicated to providing personalized, compassionate care that helps you feel your best.

Hi! I'm Maria!
Maria is a Board Certified Nurse Practitioner and Aesthetic Nurse injector with over twenty years of combined Nursing and Advanced Practice Nursing experience. She graduated from Goldfarb School of Nursing in 2004 and went on to graduate from Maryville University in 2010 as an Adult Nurse Practitioner. She continued her education in 2018, receiving a Post-Masters Certificate as an Acute Care Nurse Practitioner at The University of Pennsylvania. Her work experience includes working in a level 1 trauma ICU, Pain Management, and Critical Care Tele-Medicine.
After nearly two decades in nursing, Maria decided to shift her focus and become an Aesthetic Nurse Injector, channeling her passion for helping others, coupled with her lifelong love of all things beauty.
In addition to running Bellara Aesthetics, Maria does telemedicine consultations for nurses and aestheticians in Illinois. Maria is a wife and mother of five, and she loves to spend her free time outdoors, hiking, traveling, spending time with her family, and reading.
